Well it's the same with the fluoride and the mercury and the MSG and the aspartame,but hey this is just the way it is,no-ones knows why we are all consuming these ridiculous substances so we can all go back to sleep and not bother about them.Just don't complain when you are 50 or 60 and shittin the bed 7 days a week.. :oops:

We use flax flour where I work. It is high in omega 3 and has done wonders for the folks that take it. Of course fish does this as well. Nice post Indiana. Very informative stuff :cheers:

If you read my post on your sudden cardiac arrest thread I believe its all related to the same issue, over population, trying to make our dwindling food rpoduction go further to feedan ever increasing population.

I tried to move the quote over to this thread but just succeded in quoting myself and looking like an arsehole (not hard for me I know).
