Anybody else see where this is going...in the form of taxation?

I found it to be humorous...if it wasn't so serious of an issue. But the point is, is that they have already been screwing with our skies for years. Hell, it even used to be on the local news in the 70ies. Only back then, they were saying it was to cut down on crop damage...
It took them 50 years to come right out and say it....
You know what the nice thing about assholes is?....Someone always comes along to wipe them up...
