Google Earth - The Greenland Object??

If you go to Greenland on Google Earth and go to the co-ordinates 70°27'15.59"N , 39°55'25.08"W , there is a massive object sticking out of the snow; and the object is bigger than Northern Ireland. The is a perfect straight line down the side of it and the object itself is either yellow or golden. At one end it almost looks like the front of a boat. Sorry I don't know how to upload a picture. Anyone know what it is?

yes i know what you mean...I saw it in the beginings of google earth... Im coming back with images....nice thread

Yeah that's it. I seen it a couple of years ago but not as much was visible as there is now. I never did find out what it is.

I dont know what it is...it is weird.....Its probably a bug or something....I dont think its a real material object..
strange that they didnt remove it..
I never ssaw an explanation for it on dtv.......

The sun is shining on it so it must be an object, and not a bug. The is also a blacked-out area to the east of it for some reason.
