The human heart beats about 100,000 times a day. At this rate it still takes it thirty years to beat one billion times ....

Blood begins its journey in the arteries as pure oxygenated blood and flows to different parts of the body. It returns to the veins that carry impure blood from different parts of the body. The impure venous blood flows from the right side of the heart to the lungs for purification.

Who did manufacture that perfect design, coincidence or blind nature!!!?

In the lungs, when we inhale oxygen, the latter comes in contact with the impure blood and a sort of combustion takes place with the blood being purified. The blood gives out carbonic acid generated from the poisonous matter and takes in oxygen. The purified blood is taken by the four pulmonary veins to the left ventricle. The blood is later pumped from the left ventricle into the aorta, from the aorta; it passes to the different arteries of the body. The pure blood from the arteries goes to the capillaries. From the capillaries, it goes to the tissues. The tissues take in the oxygen and give out carbon dioxide. The veins carry the impurities to the right side of the heart.

We have to ask some primitive questions to atheists and disbelievers and they have to answer it by little common sense:

Length of circulatory system of human ranges from 50,000 to 60000 miles in a child's body and close to 100,000 miles in an adult. Scientists say that the circumference of the earth at the equator is 25,000 miles, if the blood vessels of an adult were lined up end to end, they would circle the equator four times! Who manufactured that precise design?
The human heart beats about 100,000 times a day. At this rate it still takes it thirty years to beat one billion times. Can any disbeliever or atheist tell us about any human made any machine that works for 30 years without stop or any type of maintenance? (At end there must be a creator for any thing).
The blood needs 20 seconds to circulate in the whole circulatory system. Who created that system, coincidence or nature?

Any reasonable man should reach one result that there is only one great creator who created all of that. Allah says: ((such is) the artistry of God, who disposes of all things in perfect order: for he is well acquainted with all that ye do.) (Sûrat Al-Naml-verse88).

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Five are the acts quite akin to fitrah: Circumcision, clipping or shaving the pubes, cutting the nails, plucking or shaving the hair under the armpits and clipping (or shaving) the moustache." (Reported in Bukhari & Muslim)"Circumcision of newborn boys (Ie, within the first month of life) brings numerous health benefits,

including:

1 - Protection against local infection in the penis, which may result from the presence of the foreskin, causing tightening of the foreskin, which may lead to retention of urine or infections of the glans (tip) of the penis - which require circumcision in order to treat these problems. In chronic cases, the child may be exposed to numerous diseases in the future, the most serious of which is cancer of the penis.

2 - Infections of the urethra. Many studies have proven that uncircumcised boys are more exposed to infection of the urethra. In some studies the rate was 39 times more among uncircumcised boys. In other studies the rate was ten times more. Other studies showed that 95% of children who suffered from infections of the urethra were uncircumcised, whereas the rate among circumcised children did not exceed 5%.

In children, infection of the urethra is serious in some cases. In the study by Wisewell on 88 children who suffered infections of the urethra, in 36% of them, the same bacteria was found in the blood also. Three of them contracted meningitis, and two suffered renal failure. Two others died as a result of the spread of the micro-organisms throughout the body.

3 - Protection against cancer of the penis: the studies agree that cancer of the penis is almost non-existent among circumcised men, whereas the rate among uncircumcised men is not insignificant. In the US the rate of penile cancer among circumcised men is zero, whilst among uncircumcised men it is 2.2 in every 100,000 of the uncircumcised population. As most of the inhabitants of the US are circumcised, the cases of this cancer there are between 750 and 1000 per year. If the population were not circumcised, the number of cases would reach 3000. In countries where boys are not circumcised, such as China, Uganda and Puerto Rico, penile cancer represents between 12-22% of all cancers found in men; this is a very high percentage.

4 - Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Researchers found that the STDs which are transmitted via sexual contact (usually because of fornication / adultery and homosexuality) spread more among those who are not circumcised, especially herpes, soft chancres, syphilis, candida, gonorrhea and genital warts.

There are numerous modern studies which confirm that circumcision reduces the possibility of contracting AIDS when compared to their uncircumcised counterparts. But that does not rule out the possibility of a circumcised man contracting AIDS as the result of sexual contact with a person who has AIDS. Circumcision is not a protection against it, and there is no real way of protecting oneself against the many sexually transmitted diseases apart from avoiding fornication / adultery, promiscuity, homosexuality and other repugnant practices. (From this we can see the wisdom of Islamic sharee'ah in forbidding fornication / adultery and homosexuality).

5 - Protection of wives against cervical cancer. Researchers have noted that the wives of circumcised men have less risk of getting cervical cancer than the wives of uncircumcised men.

The vast majority of women
God created them to an appropriate body
Circumcision does not need to
But
Very few women need it

allah says

(222), Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves. "

The issue here
That there are some women and girls

They have a large femalecore and slightly high

In that case requires circumcision
By a very small

This is to avoid falling into adultery in early age

Female Core mutilation (FGM), often referred to as 'female circumcision', comprises all procedures involving partial or total removal of the external female Cores or other injury to the female Core organs whether for cultural, religious or other non-therapeutic reasons. There are different types of female Core mutilation known to be practised today. They include:

Type I - excision of the prepuce, with or without excision of part or all of the femalecore;
Type II - excision of the femalecore with partial or total excision of the labia minora;
Type III - excision of part or all of the external Cores and stitching/narrowing of the womanly opening (infibulation);
Type IV - pricking, piercing or incising of the femalecore and/or labia; stretching of the femalecore and/or labia; cauterization by burning of the femalecore and surrounding tissue;
scraping of tissue surrounding the womanly orifice (angurya cuts) or cutting of the womanliness (gishiri cuts);
introduction of corrosive substances or herbs into the womanliness to cause bleeding or for the purpose of tightening or narrowing it; and any other procedure that falls under the definition given above.

Health consequences of FGM

The immediate and long-term health consequences of female Core mutilation vary according to the type and severity of the procedure performed.

Immediate complications include severe pain, shock, haemorrhage, urine retention, ulceration of the Core region and injury to adjacent tissue. Haemorrhage and infection can cause death.

More recently, concern has arisen about possible transmission of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) due to the use of one instrument in multiple operations, but this has not been the subject of detailed research.

Long-term consequences include cysts and abscesses, keloid scar formation, damage to the urethra resulting in urinary incontinence, dyspareunia (painful intimate intercourse) and intimate dysfunction and difficulties with childbirth.

Psychosexual and psychological health: Core mutilation may leave a lasting mark on the life and mind of the woman who has undergone it. In the longer term, women may suffer feelings of incompleteness, anxiety and depression.

Who performs FGM, at what age and for what reasons?

In cultures where it is an accepted norm, female Core mutilation is practiced by followers of all religious beliefs as well as animists and non believers. FGM is usually performed by a traditional practitioner with crude instruments and without anaesthetic. Among the more affluent in society it may be performed in a health care facility by qualified health personnel. WHO is opposed to medicalization of all the types of female Core mutilation.

The age at which female Core mutilation is performed varies from area to area. It is performed on infants a few days old, female children and adolescents and, occasionally, on mature women.

The reasons given by families for having FGM performed include:

psychosexual reasons: reduction or elimination of the sensitive tissue of the outer Cores, particularly the femalecore, in order to attenuate intimate desire in the female, maintain chastity and virginity before marriage and fidelity during marriage, and increase male intimate pleasure;
sociological reasons: identification with the cultural heritage, initiation of girls into womanhood, social integration and the maintenance of social cohesion;
hygiene and aesthetic reasons: the external female Cores are considered dirty and unsightly and are to be removed to promote hygiene and provide aesthetic appeal;
myths: enhancement of fertility and promotion of child survival;
religious reasons: Some Muslim communities, however, practise FGM in the belief that it is demanded by the Islamic faith. The practice, however, predates Islam.
Prevalence and distribution of FGM

Most of the girls and women who have undergone Core mutilation live in 28 African countries, although some live in Asia and the Middle East. They are also increasingly found in Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA, primarily among immigrants from these countries.

Today, the number of girls and women who have been undergone female Core mutilation is estimated at between 100 and 140 million. It is estimated that each year, a further 2 million girls are at risk of undergoing FGM.
