Guided Relaxation Meditation Videos

I been doing these for about a week, and I'm addicted to it now. This particular YouTube channel has really good ones. http://www.youtube.com/user/TheHonestGuys?feature=watch
They have guided meditation, guided sleep meditation, success meditation, visualization mediation, and more.

If you know of any good ones, please share the videos.

I don't listen to the Guided Meditation stuff but for the last 18 months i have used the Solfeggio/Chakra frequency stuff.

Im addicted also. Have about 60 of them on my MP3 player.

MountainMystic9 on Youtube does some good stuff..

I never heard of that stuff. I just started doing this.

I like the guided meditation, because it's like an inner monolog. Except It has an English accent.

All monologs are better in English.. :lol:

If nothing else the Solf/Chakra stuff is really relaxing. Gets me to sleep every time.

Different frequencies were said to be used by the ancients.

All good stuff. Balance that mind, body and soul and witness a positive change in your reality.

Some may say its all bollocks and maybe it is but i personally likes it all the same and it has changed me i think...

I listen when i go to bed because i know it will send me to sleep. :sleep:

Yeah they say the solfeggio frequencies are used to heal your dna. I downloaded music where that is used also. Its really relaxing, also with waterfalls in the background and such.

The solfeggio scale was ‘rediscovered’ by Dr Joseph Barber who claimed to have been guided intuitively to find a pattern of six repeating codes in the Book of Numbers. He found in Chapter 7, verses 12 through 83, number references that, when deciphered using a numerological technique, could be reduced to a single digit. This revealed a series of six electromagnetic sound frequencies which he determined to be the six missing tones of the ancient Solfeggio scale.

The notes in the scale are:

“UT” – which cycles at 396 Hz
“RE” – which cycles at 417 Hz
“MI” – which cycles at 528 Hz
“FA” – which cycles at 639 Hz
“SOL” – which cycles at 741 Hz
“LA” – which cycles at 852 Hz

How would you go about doing that set? I see there are other videos with different numbers.

Do you use them together? In any order?

I don't take the descriptions to seriously. I just listen to all 60 odd i have on a large random loop.

Some actually have all the main freqeuncies in the one track. :flop:
