But I know it's legit, a while back my friend who's 19 got stopped with his ruger on him and they only ran the numbers and gave it back.

If you want to have it in your car, keep it holstered and under the seat, or in the glove box. You can leave it loaded.

Unless you had a permit to conceal it cannot be under your seat. On top, glove box or center, or trunk. Technically unless one had a conceal permit, it cannot be loaded in the car unless it is in the open, or openly on ones persons.

A permit to conceal is refers to one's person. You can put your firearm out of sight anywhere that is NOT on your person, no permit required.

But in new hampshire a car is registered to ones self. I'm tellin you lol. You can put it in the trunk, seat, dash or console. Or mounted on a window(if a rifle, ammo needs to be in trunk or glovebox.) Other than that, it is considered concealed, and if a non-legitimate firearm, can be quite a hazard for a cop doing a routine stop.

Believe me I know my rights, I come from the land with the most cops per person in the world mang. 1 city cop per every 12 people, +the j Edgar hoovars, and 2 state trooper barracks' in my town alone. Laaaaaame.

Actually most of it is printed on the permits one obtains when registering, and getting a concealed permit. Though you're not required to register in NH. I am also sure they state that when taking gun safety classes. Though I was 12 when I took mine, and through the boy scouts and not fish and game.

Q: Do I need a license to carry a gun?

A: Yes, but only for these two purposes (per RSA 159:4): (1) to carry a loaded handgun concealed upon the person, other than in your home or place of business (where you can do so without a license); and (2) to have a loaded handgun in a vehicle (whether the handgun is concealed or not).

I’m not sure if riding a motorcycle or bicycle is considered being “in a vehicle”; maybe your lawyer can answer that, but as far as I’m concerned, it’s always wise to take a conservative approach to these questions.

Note that you may not have a loaded rifle or shotgun in a vehicle, by the way (per fish and game law RSA 207:7 – where “vehicle” means a motor vehicle, aircraft, or powered or towed boat, but apparently not an unpowered rowboat or canoe).

I was partially wrong, it seems it cannot be kept loaded without a carry permit, in a vehicle.

All good, I thought we were talking strictly loaded, I should of been more specific.
