The fact that the cops try to intimidate by coming to the house AFTER the event and trying to prosecute shows the underhandedness of law enforcement. That camera was visible and caught those few minutes by default as the cop came into this piece if the moment, not the other way around. I'm a biker and helmet cams are quite normal practice. However it should not be an offence to film cops in ANY circumstance imo. It's one of he only ways to catch them being corrupt. The only way to curb their disgraceful behaviour is to show the other side. The only way law enforcement in ANY country can work at it's best is when he people are behind them and have real respect. When they act like fxxxxx cowboys then both the criminals and the law abiding citizen are against them. All that officer had to do was show his badge, a FXXXXX gun for speeding, do me a favour.

I have NO respect for them any more and I have never had a criminal record. Cowardly pussies out of uniform, megalomaniac twats with their uniforms on. In the old days a cop could live at the end of the street and everyone knew and respected him and because of the way he behaved and crims had little or no chance of causing them harm because the public were behind them, now they keep a very low profile, I WONDER WHY?

My friends son joined the police and he complained that while he was on drug raids his comps and his commander would gleefully trash the place beyond need. He was on his two year probation and within 5 months they made his life hell because of that complaint saying that he had to toughen up. I won't tell you what he said about drug busts but it's one of their favourites because of the fun (trashing he place) and the money. Consequently he has left and become a photographer (that's what he studied at university along with drama) He said and I quote " if you have that mentality of the school bully were fear is misinterpreted as respect, then you fit right in"

Just to add, in that vid I saw no badge and I would think it's someone trying to rob the bike, I have no doubt that in a split second, "I" would have probably rammed him to stop him thieving. If I had no camera then what do you think would have happened to me for ramming a cop? EXACTLY, the camera is his only defence!!!

NICE POST! and for any cops out their thinking that it's best we don't film you, think of this. If there were a ban on filming how do you think the worst of your kind will act. Furthermore it will drive people to carry tiny hidden cams to catch even worse behaviour. Don't you think it would be best all round to act within the moral and correct framework of the law and get the people behind you once again instead of acting on the behalf of your peers and criminalising the man in the the street. I ain't rocket science.
