HAARP activated - full power!

Dudes! This one is worth a minute or two of your time.
If a major quake happens within the next day, we will finally know that HAARP has been used as a weapon!
If nothing happens, HAARP is just some fancy research toy to light up the sky with pretty lights...

Nice catch. I have been looking at the HAARP site fairly frequently. Looks like they started it on May 11th just before 1600 UTC and stopped about 0500 on May 13. I'm one of the skeptics of HAARP causing these earthquakes. If something big happens, it will surely change my way of thinking.

Yes, i know where that is.
After the big quake, in Japan. It turned out those were electrical fires and power surges at transformer relay stations. I don't really know why they are included in this video. Maybe to show the quake's aftermath.
