Irrelevant to the fact that they are releasing energy, rather than injecting it and triggering it. If you say my theory is wrong, the burden is on you to prove that they are NOT doing something positive, by releasing pressure, before mega-quake tensions build..

I am simply stating the more likely use of the technology..to save lives.
(again, not presuming that it cant or wont be used in war, if it can, it will be..but these examples arent it - just like the fake chemtrail planes)

You have to prove that they are inducing false quakes by injecting energy rather than just releasing it, since that is the least likely of the two propositions..not to mention the technical difficulty of one over the other, between simply releasing built pressure, and inducing it.

Im surprised no one has thought of this angle actually, its so common sense..
