My son eldest son had passed away 6yrs ago and prior to the day I was sitting at my desk after the kids went to bed and I felt my grandmothers spirit. This all happened so quickly. So I fealt her near and then pictures flashed through my eyes one being a coffin another being a gun then a very scary feeling about my eldest son. I was totally awake at the time, which scared the crap out of me..so I asked within my thoughts if something bad is going to happen. The reply was a feeling of "yes" and the answer came from my grandmother, right away I fealt the need to get up out of the chair to go and wake him from his sleep and tell him about all what I just experienced. So, as I tried to get up I was held back in the chair by a force that I can't describe. I then said to my self i need to tell him and my grandother said you can't let anyone know about this. I stayed up the whole night worried and asked him the following morning if everything was alright he said yes. Approx. 2-3 weeks later he had passed. The same night of his passing I was at a family members home alone in there basement when I say him standing a couple of feet away looking at me like he was confused and I fealt his feeling of not knowing what was going or what he should do, then he dissappeared. I fealt his presence with us being his siblings and I. Until about 6-7 months later he returned in spirit to ask me why am I still crying. Saying that he's ok...you don't need to cry anymore. Then I fealt my grandmothers spirit once more expressing a feeling that he is with her and he's alright now.
Since then I have not fealt anything.

np. Thanks for reading it. In fact since that day I have only shared it with 6 people my children and my 3 closest friends but after reading some of the post I decided to share my personal experience. I have been around the site for about 2yrs now but never registered until today.
Great topic!

I forgot to add one more part to the story. Just last year around springtime I fell asleep in my bed and must have been dreaming, but I awoke in my dream because of the kitchen light being turned on. I was curious so i walk towards the kitchen to see wgo was in there and There he was my eldest son standing in front f the oven. I told him he was'nt supposed to be here and he replied "I know" I then updated him onhow I was having some difficulty with his brother and how stressed out I was and he said "I know and I'm going to have a word with h...I'm going to have a talk with him" I said to him that I would appreciate it if he'd do that. I then said to him " I can't beleive your actually here"he was watery eyed with a smile I ask him If it is really him he said "yes it's me" I then reached for his hand and it was him. I started to tear and I started to laugh out loud. I laughed so loud I woke myself right out of that dream with tears of joy and a smile I couldn't wear up until that day.
I personally believe it was him trying to restore joy back into my life.

That's so awesome! Did you other son ever mention having a dream about his brother?

My friend that had passed away came to me in a few dreams, always asking me to watch out for her son (who was 5 at the time of her death, he's 7 now). When I told a friend that I actually met through our friend that had passed, she said she had a similar dream.

I don't care what naysayers believe, I know what I experienced, and I know others have had experiences too. They do come back to comfort us, because we are the ones that need to be comforted. Not them. They are "home."

I actually kept the dream a secret for about 4 months then ask each of the children if they had any dreams with there brother in it. They all said no, then I told them about my dream. If that was really him visiting me he did except the fact that he was'nt supposed to be here. So maybe he found a way to visit without anyone knowing.
