After the horrible earthquake in Japan, that has caused all this damage to many of the nuclear reactors that are operating in that country, radiation is now spreading worldwide. With high levels of radiation being released into the atmosphere on a continuous basis, it will have a devastating effect on the lives of most living creatures. But once again if used properly high quality hemp oil can provide a solution that will be of great help to mankind in alleviating this situation. For years I have been telling the public, that every man woman and child on this earth, should be taking small doses of this oil everyday to maintain good health. With all the radiation that is now entering our atmosphere, it is basically urgent, that we now all start ingesting this oil as soon as possible to undo the damage this radiation will cause. Through my experience with the use of this oil, I have found that there is nothing more effective or more harmless that can reduce the damage caused by radiation. I have seen patients that were suffering from cancer who were badly damaged by the effects of radiation treatments, that were able to completely eliminate the damage in a short time. Some who have come to me that had radiation treatments, were burned so badly by its effects that their shin looked like red leather. After ingesting the oil treatment their skin went back to its normal healthy state and the radiation burns disappeared completely. If the oil can do this for someone that was badly damaged by such so called medical treatments, would its use not be effective to combat the effects of the radiation, now emanating from Japan.

There are thousands of reasons why the medicinal use of the cannabis plant, should never have been restricted in the first place. But now with the menace that all this escaping radiation presents, we would have to be insane to turn our backs on the use of hemp extracts to help us all deal with this situation. I truly feel sorry for the misery the people of Japan are now going through and if nothing can be done to stop the radiation from escaping, they may loose their homeland entirely. The wondrous medicinal effects of properly produced oil from the cannabis hemp plant are finally being recognized once more worldwide. This is just one more reason, we must begin to start growing this plant on a grand scale and it is time that we all told our governments that we have had enough of their nonsense. Our very lives and the lives of coming generations, plus the well being of many other species are at stake and its now up to us, to determine what future mankind is to have.

If collapse is real, people are out of their damn minds for ignoring truth when we need it most. Big energy companies have invested interest to maintain corrupt laws to keep a better energy source illegal. This planet is poison and we can repair it, but it is illegal to repair toxic soil, because it is illegal to grow a harmless plant cannabis.

If you care you will be working towards helping get cannabis fully legalized so people can be self sufficient. Hemp ethanol is much less energy inventive compared to the alternatives and they already grow lots of other stuff for ethanol but not hemp! And hemp ethanol yields 6-10 times MORE ethanol compared to corn ethanol.

There are videos on youtube of people making their own ethanol/biodiesel NOT with hemp just regular vegetable oil (genetically modified organisms)

The US military has warned that surplus oil production capacity could disappear within two years and there could be serious shortages by 2015 with a significant economic and political impact.

The energy crisis outlined in a Joint Operating Environment report from the US Joint Forces Command, comes as the price of petrol in Britain reaches record levels and the cost of crude is predicted to soon top $100 a barrel.

"By 2012, surplus oil production capacity could entirely disappear, and as early as 2015, the shortfall in output could reach nearly 10 million barrels per day," says the report, which has a foreword by a senior commander, General James N Mattis.

It adds: "While it is difficult to predict precisely what economic, political, and strategic effects such a shortfall might produce, it surely would reduce the prospects for growth in both the developing and developed worlds. Such an economic slowdown would exacerbate other unresolved tensions, push fragile and failing states further down the path toward collapse, and perhaps have serious economic impact on both China and India."

The US military says its views cannot be taken as US government policy but admits they are meant to provide the Joint Forces with "an intellectual foundation upon which we will construct the concept to guide out future force developments."

The warning is the latest in a series from around the world that has turned peak oil – the moment when demand exceeds supply – from a distant threat to a more immediate risk.

The Wicks Review on UK energy policy published last summer effectively dismissed fears but Lord Hunt, the British energy minister, met concerned industrialists two weeks ago in a sign that it is rapidly changing its mind on the seriousness of the issue.

The Paris-based International Energy Agency remains confident that there is no short-term risk of oil shortages but privately some senior officials have admitted there is considerable disagreement internally about this upbeat stance.

Future fuel supplies are of acute importance to the US army because it is believed to be the biggest single user of petrol in the world. BP chief executive, Tony Hayward, said recently that there was little chance of crude from the carbon-heavy Canadian tar sands being banned in America because the US military like to have local supplies rather than rely on the politically unstable Middle East.

But there are signs that the US Department of Energy might also be changing its stance on peak oil. In a recent interview with French newspaper, Le Monde, Glen Sweetnam, main oil adviser to the Obama administration, admitted that "a chance exists that we may experience a decline" of world liquid fuels production between 2011 and 2015 if the investment was not forthcoming.

Lionel Badal, a post-graduate student at Kings College, London, who has been researching peak oil theories, said the review by the American military moves the debate on.

"It's surprising to see that the US Army, unlike the US Department of Energy, publicly warns of major oil shortages in the near-term. Now it could be interesting to know on which study the information is based on," he said.

"The Energy Information Administration (of the department of energy) has been saying for years that Peak Oil was "decades away". In light of the report from the US Joint Forces Command, is the EIA still confident of its previous highly optimistic conclusions?"

The Joint Operating Environment report paints a bleak picture of what can happen on occasions when there is serious economic upheaval. "One should not forget that the Great Depression spawned a number of totalitarian regimes that sought economic prosperity for their nations by ruthless conquest," it points out.

I will openly admit that I have not read all these posts but will go back and do so. However, I am too fired up and am therefore compelled to post now.
Fuck the U.S. government and its war on drugs which includes hemp.
It has been calculated that if we planted only 6% of the United State's farmland in hemp, it would meet all of our country's annual energy needs through hemp oil, annually renewable. We would not have to import another barrel of oil from any other country.
This is not even to drag into the equation the scientifically proven medicinal benefits of cannabis, and the superiority of hemp paper over wood pulp paper or hemp-derived textiles over cotton--all this made illegal by the corporatocracy that America has become.

Several years ago a peak in CHEAP oil 'production' was reached, there is enough oil but the costs of production will increase on a very steep slope, even if there was no artificial created scarcety.
This problem goes beyond oil, it's at the root of our modern culture.
From the moment the ego took over humankind, we live in articial scarcety.

We could feed the whole world with little effort, could use the abundant energy that's in and around us, could be healthy and live for many years, make cars / products that lasted for hundreds of years, but that is to easy.

Hundred years ago there were already electric cars, plastic (based on hemp), free energy, and so on, many bright men, but this period of abundance did not last very long, the few took over the whole world, scarcety into the extreme.

To change this a shift in conscioussnes is needed and that starts with every individual.
Even in this world of scarcety it is possible to live in abundance.
Amidst the chaos I see this new world emerging, little points of light, people that return home again.
