That's why I don't watch TV.
But I comb internet daily.
Maybe that's worse since here you find even less truth buried under 98% of shit.
But i'm used to it, and I'd like to think I've gotten good at sifting through all this manure.

SKEPTIC - One who instinctively or habitually doubts, questions, disagrees with assertions or generally accepted conclusions. And tries to prove these assertions/claims with scientific facts.


I think it doesn't matter if the news is good or bad, as long as it 'hits' you it is something of your own past, a replay.
Basically (my view) there are two ways to deal with this, shut yourself of from your own feelings or develop compassion.
Btw, I seldom watch TV, just spiritual programs like 'Top gear'.
