First of all I have NOT read the new report...I just remember reading one of the last ones that came out several months ago and it saying something that is happening now...
I do NOT want to repost copyrighted material...but hopefully a little snippet will do no harm..
This is from the MARCH 2010 webbot report...i have to paraphrase to avoid copyrights...
