Choose the free version (not the best, but easy to use).

Everytime you se a video on the net there will be a little box above where you can choose to download.

In the player you can trim (cut) the video´s.

Say is you need any more help.

Replay Video Capture is the best but it cost money.

Fraps will let you record for 30 sec intervals with the free version and will have a watermark.
