See the amazing answer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold):

"A total of 165,000 tonnes of gold have been mined in human history, as of 2009.[1] This is roughly equivalent to 5.3 billion troy ounces or, in terms of volume, about 8,500 cubic meters, or a 20.4m cube."

This practically is a cube fitting under the Eiffel tower...

HOW MUCH DAMMIT , SPEAK THEQUEENS ENGLISH
We thought about it for a long time, "Endeavor to persevere." And when we had thought about it long enough, we declared war on the Union.

there is waaay more in my opinion... there are private mines all over the world and think about all the gold mined in all of history that has not been found (treasure)
