I thought there was only one language English! But with different dialects, accents and emphasis's. No wonder when I go abroad I can't understand a fucking word they say. Needless so say the world needs a common language and it will be English by virtue of common use. :lol:

My main is American English and I'm sure that all of you UK folks will agree that us Americans butchered the language. There is so much slang and misuse that it drives me nuts on a daily basis. Even the way we pronounce words isn't quite right.

I'm Polish and moved to the US when I was six. I learned English quickly and it was my top study, along with math. I took every essay and writing class that I could, even in collage. Now I wonder why English is even becoming the world's main language. It is so bastardized!

Other languages are much more robust and have single words that it would take a full sentence in English to exemplify the same meaning. English actually sucks! It is a sub-par language!

I'm studying Spanish currently. I love Latinas! Every year, I spend my birthday in Aruba for two weeks and speaking Spanish is a mega-plus down there. Isn't it strange how a blonde haired, fair skinned Pole feels more at home in a Latin, tropical environment, than in a colder, evergreen one? Latin chicks dig me as well. I don't know what it is. One would think that they wouldn't have any interest in a pink skin like me, but I somehow end up with them in the end. I'm not talking about the brothel girls either! But they are great as well! :love:
