Was supposed to reduce to (2) then (1) over the course of a month, but I just dropped it cold turkey after stepping on the scales and seeing that 5 pounds.

Funny, back when I stayed drunk, except for being fat and depressed, I didn't have any ailments, or maybe I just don't remember having them.

Important Warning

The Epsom salt bath mustn’t be used by people who suffer from diabetes, kidney issue, heart issue, and high blood pressure. Pregnant moms aren’t advised to soak within the warm water. Even if the doctors allow them, they need to be supervised strictly. If you suffer from those medical conditions, don’t include the salt bath. Getting the Epsom salt bath weight loss isn’t worth it if it is going to risk your own condition.

Luckily I don't have any of those ailments, I use Epsom salt baths to sooth my shoulder and sore muscles. But that is very good info as well and likewise I will be passing that along.

Look for the cause of this... if it is auto-immune or something else... and focus on addressing it. Everything else is just covering up the symptoms of what is causing the arthritis...
