Hypnosis opens doorways

I used to practice self-hypnosis when I was younger. I remember once getting the hand of it, doing it to relax. As I kept practicing it over and over again....I began to become obsessed with the feeling of numbness over my body --but, being what I described 'awake' in the mind.

Over the next few months I began to have experiences where I would see dark...shadow -like figures surrounding the bed at night.....they wouldn't allow me to stare directly at them, but I could see them with my peripheral vision. As time went on...I began to hear them as crazy as this sound, but again, I couldn't make out what they were saying...it was more like several voices whispering at the same time.....

I would awake to slaps in the face and no one there......

I finally couldn't take it anymore and went to a Clairsentient, someone who can sense and interpret energy and use it to "read" people...........he explained to me that when you do hypnosis and are somewhat not specific to what you are using it for...you can venture off to and actually open doorways to quite possibly, inviting entities you wouldn't intentionally welcome.....
