I got bigger balls last nite!

No this has nothing to do with uporn...this is an expansion of understanding my rights...and trying to poise questions that don't sound confrontational to police...a couple months back someone posted and RCMP letter(I think myleso) that advising officers to beware of freeman on land thinkers and actually listed a few sites promoting this idea and offered a profile of these type of people...so I checked out the sites and found them to be citizens that were simply attempting to define their rights...this really offended my intellect(as a canadian) that the rcmp would profile people questing to understand the law? It bothers me to the core...since then I, like everyone else have been getting pulled over at RIDE stops, where the officers pull everyone over and ask them if they had been drinking and stick their head in window to smell alcohol...since I rarely drink and if I do I stay home to avoid the situation(I won't even have a drink out for supper as its not worth the hassel). But anyway what stuck in my head was that after the determined I had not been drinking they would ask where I was going...and I would submissivly tell them and drive off wonder why they would ask and what right they have to ask...so last nite I had to drive out in the country to pick up my son at his friends and sure enuff they had RIDE set up...
This time it was two female cops..(one had questioned me a month or so bacK and I had said I was going grocery shopping, she said "at this time of nite all the groceries stores were closed..I then advised her that one was open 24 hrs and she would be welcome to follow me there..she declined and sent me on my way..) So the other female pops her head in and determines I have not been drinking..then asked me where I was going...this time I thru in a slightly stunned..yet serious look ate her and said slowly..."Aaaaah I'm going to pick up my son...is there a problem with that?"....she sheepishly backed up and said no no..I guess we will see u on ur way back...
Ten minutes later I was back with my son...I came to a stop...rolled my window down..and said...just me on my way back,...sHe said oh I see u have ur son with u...I then took that moment to reply..."I hope I can ask you a question as I'm a little baffle with something.." She said sure sure...I then said " after u pull someone over to see if they had been drinking and have determined they haven't, what right do you have to ask them where they are going?...is there somewhere I can't go?....she said oh no no...not at all sir its just a community involvement thing so the police Don't come of as robotic(she even did the movements)....I said...oh... I find it a little invasive...what if I was sneaking out to my boyfriends(suggesting the gay thing...and my son yells out to the cop...heeess nnnot gay!!) And both cops were momentarily speachless...and I said am I obligated by law to tell u were I am?...the one said no no and the other said well u culd just say u were running to the store(oddly the same cop that questioned me about going to the store) I then said yes..but if I were sneaking out for my private reasons...u are suggesting then I become a liar and lie? Moreso when u don't really have the right to ask me..right....they both said right...then I said if ihad replied to their question before...with"I find that an invasive question...u wouldn't draw me in as confrontational..she said no not(ya right) anyway as I drove off I was thinking how I am going to respond to those female police next time....I know I caught them off guard so they are bound to remember me...so I'm going tell tHem straight face...I'm going to my boyfriends...
I know this is a little step to bigger balls...I'm getting their..god forbid I ever understand commonlaw...

Maybe next time they stop you and tey ask where you are going tell them with a stern face "i will tell you where i am going if you let me ask you a few questions on law common and maritime". They may not feel the urge to know your movements when faced with this-but keep self teaching law and yes the powers that be WILL find it a threat everyone knowing the law but what they gonna do stick all lawyers and solicitors in jail for accquiring this knowledge also? :think:

Fuck them, I got pulled over the other night, all was okay and this was close to where I live now so I drive home a minute later they drive by my house, they back up to see my car in the driveway. I got so fuckin mad coz this is the reason I moved here coz the cops have been harrassing me like this where I lived before, and I filed complaints and wound up in personal vendettas where I pointed out to a cop that I found him on facebook and various addressearch engines. He removed himself from facebook and from these search engines a week later. I have had undercover cops following me to my house and I chased them all the way out on the freeway, a police car! It was like in a movie (Im not paranoid they have been after me for various reasons)

Anyway after this last incident now here in this new town I called the local police station and I got to talk to these officers that pulled me over and I told them like everything that ive been through with the police said that I dont like being followed home and that ive been through all this before and I aint gonna take shit like this when I have moved out to the countryside to be left alone and live in peace with my family. They where like stunned and said "no no its not like that" "dont feel that way" now they KNOW that I know so now they are gonna leave me alone

Thanks...u know it did feel a little empowering...truth is truly knowledge for sure...and I think the more we politly question them...we realize we do have power..and they realize they just were taken out of their realm of control...

Yep kill em with kindness..and u r right...there is a right time and definaltly a wrong time...but if I run into the same two(which prob will as it seems there turff) I am better prepared...and now willing to exercise my right(that might change if its 2 six footers standing at my door...haha)

Haha...thanks and so true, we are better off not being rude..but not be affraid to ask the questions..sooner or later the cops going to go to their supervisor to ask how to properly answer...at that point they may start feeling intrusive and refrain from asking...it is a journey!!
