I would start by asking him how the bible was created. Who created it, where did they get their information. Do some research and get specifics, I'll be he doesnt know the finer details.
If Enoch was the only "person/entity" to walk by the side of god for over a hundred years, why is he only mentioned in Genesis once in one sentence and never again.
Of all the books/stories that were submitted to be chosen as the final draft of the bible why is there no historical evidence by historians or otherwise that Jesus existed. Even by 2 of the most well known historians of Jesus' time even one who lived only a few miles from where Jesus grew up is there no mention of his name?
I have many more as I have wanted to have this talk with my grandmothers Jehovah's witness elders but alas, I have not been welcomed. Good luck to you my friend and I encourage to post his answers. Keep in mind they dont know the answers to any of these questions as no one really would so for them to make it up or interpret what someone else was thinking or trying to say, is exactly what the bible is. Each version is an updated interpretation of the previous.
lol i dont think any of us know the truth about it or the origins of it . lol your right some may try to expend thier truths but the wary spiritual traveller will have to discern what their truth is , personally i dont find it in books , its in my heart and what i see in others the good and the bad . and jesus may have had a different name ..just a thought .. buddha was originally Siddhartha Gautama and Shakyamuni, so perhaps jesus was known by other names .. and we all know as well that alot of th true history of humanity was destroyed with the fall of the library of alexandria or has been spirited away to be coveted by the greedy . knowledge truly is power ,and its unfortunate that we dont get to share the wealth of those treasures
