I need help sizing down an image for an avatar

I was wondering if anyone here would be willing to size this for an avatar for me.

I am about to take a computer class so that I will be more self sufficient and more able to answer member questions, but till then I am relying on those with the skill.

The image may be too big to shrink and still look good.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to give it a shot.

That is really not bad Aladin, I wonder is the Phoenix image could be generated as this size like my current avatar? I know it is a bit of time consumption and I do appreciate the help.

That's wierd, I copied from avvy but the image changed proportions!
