Not a hundred percent on this, but it IS long overdue:


.....and I only thought of this at about 0900 this morning....


I remember several months ago talk going around the scientific community about Betelgeuse going supernova sometime - like - about now.

I also remember them saying that if it did supernova during the day, you would most definitely see it in a clear sunlit day.

Betelgeuse is one of the largest suns in our realm of the galaxy so going supernova would be a major deal.


Is THIS what TPTB all know about but aren't telling anyone?
