Maybe instead of bashing the "illegals"... you should consider all the American business people who use this labor in order to avoid tax and compensation regulations.

Now what is Mc Cain's stance on this subject, cuz i find McCain to be a bit of a weasel. In my mind who wouldn't be a bit racist if they were a POW for 7 years. I also believe that the Arion Brotherhood are in high numbers here. McCain may = Grand Master status. Or am i way off?

Illegal is illegal for sure. we can pass all the laws we want to and it won't make a bit of difference.
It is the U.S.'s own fault for the current immigration problem. Several years ago, back in the late 70's , early 80's, we passed NAFTA. The North American Free Trade Agreement. There were lots of protests ect trying to combat the predictable effects that the bill would have on our and Mexico's economy.
Instead of buying grains and a host of other products from Mexico, we started importing from across the sea from many other countries. We flooded the market place with cheap products from China, Indonesia, Columbia ect..ect...
This flooding of cheap products put the Mexican farmer out of work. They lost just about everything. They could no longer afford to support their own families much less maintain a productive farm. That is also when the drug cartels took hold. With all the unemployed workers desperate for income to support their families, it took little convincing to turn a once honorable Mexican into a drug runner. After all...what extremes would you go to in order to ensure your family's survival??
When the Mexican farmers began defaulting on their loans, lands and contracts...guess who showed up and bought most of the land for pennies on the dollar?? American Corporations like Gm, Ford and hundreds of others.
This left many Mexican people in a state of poverty with no jobs and no homes or land. They pretty had no choice but to hop the border to try and find work so they could send money back home to their families as support.
Don't get me wrong...hopping a border IS illegal! But we should all realize the root cause of illegal immigration. If we do not understand the cause of the problem, then we will never solve it. Passing anti-immigration laws that may end up targeting innocent American citizens with Latin backgrounds will solve nothing. Nor will Gm paying Mexicans $10 for a 40 hour work week.
We have already corporately taken over Mexico through NAFTA, now we wonder why they are coming here??
Research NAFTA!!!! Research what it's effects were/are. We may want to try understanding the reason behind the problem before we go gunning down folks at the border or profiling based on race(which is already a problem in African American communities).
I'm not sure exactly how to solve the problem, but there has to be a better way than passing a bunch of ineffective laws.
