This is a cool code to improve quality of videos on YouTube &fmt=6 place it on the end of the address bar and Bingo the vid's look much better..... check out below (mind you once he's finished talking about the code the only way to improve the quality of this video is to turn it off)!

Although, this is not an imbed, which could make a difference.
Disclose doesn't seem to allow embeds.

I tried it on my website, didn't see any difference with an embed either.
(10 minutes of my day for the greater good)
