Ind. Sheriff: If We Need to Conduct RANDOM HOUSE to HOUSE Searches We Will

CROWN POINT, Ind. – According to Newton County Sheriff, Don Hartman Sr., random house to house searches are now possible and could be helpful following the Barnes v. STATE of INDIANA Supreme Court ruling issued on May 12th, 2011. When asked three separate times due to the astounding callousness as it relates to trampling the inherent natural rights of Americans, he emphatically indicated that he would use random house to house checks, adding he felt people will welcome random searches if it means capturing a criminal.

Speaking under the condition of anonymity, a local city Police Chief with 30 years experience in law enforcement directly contradicted the Newton County Sheriff’s blatant disregard for privacy & liberty, stating that as an American first, such an action is unconscionable and that his allegiance is to the Indiana and federal Constitutions respectively. However, he also concurred that the ruling does now allow for police to randomly search homes should a department be under order by state or federal officials or under a department’s own accord.

At this time we are still awaiting comments from several state offices.

I can't see that ever happening.
Not all judges are bad.
I can't see all the judges allowing search warrants for every home.
That would include their home.

In a crisis, they can and will do this. Any of you remember the North Hollywood shootout? It was a bank robbery gone bad, and two guys with AK47's were marching through town laying down some serious full auto fire for a while. Well, the way they got killed was the LAPD robbed a local gun store of all their AR15 rifles and killed the guys. During the investigation, the stolen ARs were kept as evidence. After the investigation, the ARs disappeared. The store owner was never reimbursed. Look it up. Well, during the shootout, they thought there was a third gunman because someone at the bank said there had been three robbers. Well, they conducted door to door searches for hours, arrested many people, and violated many constitutional LAWS to find a guy they never found. Not one LAPD officer has ever been arrested for these violations. Why? Because it was a crisis!

Even my 10 year grandaughter can read and understand the constitution. I wonder why Appointed judges can't?

This means is a system of "checks and balances" we can also do random searches of civil servants houses without consent. To see is some civil service worker is selling narcotics or running a child porn ring in there basement.

When a humans door to his/her abode is crossed, "all" rules, all backing of associatives, and all "laws" become null-and-void...

Cross the line drawn by another, and you "will" reap a whirlwind....

Remember this: "All laws of man, are left at the front door to your home"..
