J.W. = junior warden
W.M = Worshipful Master
S.D. = Senior Deacon
J.D. = Junior Deacon
S.W. = Senior Warden
In the part in the link to the "code" book you posted there is a part that looks like this...
S.W. ------W.M., al prsnt ar E.A.
which merely means that the senior warden said to the worshipful master that all present are entered apprentices. Nothing spectacular really.

this book contains much more than that example.
it also has diagrams or their temple for each occasion.
i'm in the process of scanning it but it's very time consuming
