Carol Rosin is an award-winning educator, author, space and missile defense consultant, and was the first female corporate manager of an aerospace company, Fairchild Industries, where, among her other responsibilities, she was a spokesperson for ôthe father of rocketry,ö Dr. Wernher von Braun. Dr. von Braun revealed information to her about conspiracies to keep the existence of ETs secret. She has testified before both the U.S. House and Senate, and has traveled worldwide to consult with companies, organizations, governments, the intelligence community, candidates, leaders, and grass roots associations. She founded the original DC-based Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space (ISC0S). Rosin is regarded to be the original political architect of the movement to stop the SDI and ASATs.

Retired Colonel Charles Halt was the deputy base commander and the senior officer involved with the famous Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters Air Force Base UFO encounter in December 1980. While the deputy base commander at the Bentwaters Royal Air Force base in England, he took a crew out into the Rendlesham Forest to investigate mysterious lights that were seen in the Forest. He was skeptical of the claims of other security personnel who said they had witnessed the lights the night before. After his experience this night, he was skeptical no longer. He will share his view and new discoveries regarding the amazing events that took place. Halt later became base commander at Bentwaters and is the highest ranking U.S. military officer to speak on his personal UFO experiences while in service.

Col. Charles Halt is a retired U.S. Air Force colonel and the former base commander of RAF Bentwaters. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 1991, Halt made his first public appearance in a television documentary, where he confirmed the authenticity of the Rendlesham Forest Incident. In 1997 he was interviewed for a book about the Rendlesham event, You CanÆt Tell the People. He has also appeared in several television documentaries. In June 2010 Halt issued a notarized affidavit in which he summarized the alleged events of the Rendlesham Forest UFO incident and concluded: ôI believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted û both then and now û to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham Forest and RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practiced methods of disinformation.

Beginning in 1963, Hellyer served as the Minister of National Defence for Canada. After his retirement, influenced by a Peter Jennings special on UFOs, Hellyer read Col. Paul Hellyer was CanadaÆs youngest Member of Parliament when he was first elected in 1949 and the youngest cabinent minister appointed to Louis S. St. LaurentÆs government eight years later. After a stint in opposition he subsequently held senior posts in the governments of Lester B. Pearson and Pierre E. Trudeau, who defeated him for the Liberal Party leadership in 1968. The following year, after achieving the rank of senior minister, which was later designated Deputy Prime Minister, Hellyer resigned from the Trudeau cabinet.
