Internet Killswitch

I was just reading the article about the Internet "killswitch" and it hit me, how will I access your brains (good and bad) if the Internet goes down? I don't many people locally who think like I do. The Internet could go down for a number of reasons. How will I access truth, paranoia and in some members case, sickness? I know a number of you have been into these things for some time. Any advice on how to stay in the loop if something should happen? Or is there something we could do here to ensure we do?
