Here's the 'base-line' for this discussion - If 'God' exist's, then do we exist within 'God' or does 'God' exist within us?

I would answer 'both' to that question.

And Judaism [Thora - Seed], Christianity [Bible - Tree], and Islam [Qur'an - Fruit] are from thesame source.
In my opinion ofcourse.
"Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who could not hear the music"
"All our science measured against reality, is primitive and childlike - yet, in contemporary consensus, its the most precious thing we have"

'Seed - tree- fruit.'

From the same source? a single source? One 'God'? just different versions?

Like yoursef, I would argue that 'God' exists within us and we exist within 'God'. A human consists of the 'flesh' and the 'spirit' - one cannot exist without the other. The 'flesh' is created to exist within the physical world and the 'spirit' within the real world of 'God'.

It confirms the 'duality' of man - the Ancient Egyptians spoke of such an existance, they preserved the flesh and made offerings to the 'Ka' or spirit to safeguard it's existance - and that was thousands of years ago, before Christ or Mohamed.

The seed is 'God', the 'tree' is life and the 'fruit' is us.

Without the 'soul' we are nothing but dust. Without 'God' we are animals, without the 'truth' we are but liars, and have nothing but darkness as our future. 'God' is light. We are light. We are one - if only we could see that..........

The double negative in your statement threw me there for a while!

'God' as an 'alien'?

Yep, 'God' definately is 'alien' to us humans, because he's 'God'. Surprising that.

Wise words.

Different versions / editions, same message, same source. All that differentiates the followers of the Bible and Qur'an is interpretation.

TD, could you elaborate on this one for me? Which intelligence? Are 'we' intelligent?

I quoted this from a member here. I do not remember which thread exactly. I believe it was about advances in technology verses old human wisdom. I thought the quote was quite a valid observation of this generation. The more we learn, the more 'enlightened' or 'illumined' we become, the further away from the truth of reality we find ourselves.
