They used to be there but then their leaders were connected to the Western Powers and so they lost backing and support. The united movement was factionalized due to that connection, whether the connection is real or just propaganda, it worked.

Sometimes it seems that Iran is the last sovereign nation left...........

Don't know what I would base that on..................but I just have a feeling that there is something there that is really sought after.

I don't believe in religious zealism, and I think that is much of how the people there live, but I don't have a problem with the right for them to do so.

I just get tired of the PTB busting in countries to "fix" what just might not be broken...............
