2012 itself is just a number or a year, so there's not much BS about it, so you must mean the events happening around that period of time. but then it depends wich events you mean, because there are many different stories surounding that time period. and when it comes to predictions, nobody's right or wrong until the deadline has past.

Most of the hype surrounding 2012 is hype but something is gonna happen. At the least we are gonna end a 26000 year wobble start a new one and pass through the center of the galaxy. This doen't happen in one day though we are already in the process of it . The mayan believed bad things lived in the center of the milky way and we now know it's a black hole.I use the mayan as an example because the calendars they developed are more accurate than the gregorian one we use today. Lots of other people and prophets from everywhere and every time period seem to believe something is gonna happen in 2012 maybe just coincidence? I think it's the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. I recently learned that the solar storms around 2012 are gonna be killer.Our earths magnetosphere is getting holes and weakening this might just be some y2k shit but if it isn't and we don't prepare for it we will be thrown back in time at least 100 years that would be crazy. That's all irrelevent though because with no magnetoshpere we are all gonna cook like if we were in a microwave from the solar radiation.Maybe thats the fire and the way the earths gonna burn according to the bible?

Yeah jus as Anse said appart from the calendar change and the passing of the galactic plane the rests realy just guess work, to be honest the thing ive considered mostly about 2012 is where im gonna be, as far as im concerned this is the real millenium an i intend to enjoy it. (aslong as the NWO dont get me first
