Is disclosetv becoming a hate site?

This recent rash of videos on the site are a total disservice to the very nature of what Disclose.tv is suppose to be about. Namely finding the truth. Instead we are under a nearly constant barrage of hate driven propaganda and false or subjective claims with absolutely no substance at all.

What "disservice"? You don't agree with them?

I have a sincere suggestion for Disclose.tv moderators; realizing that you don't want to appear to be inhibiting "free speech" and opinion based pieces like these, can we not simply have them moved off the front page and into a dedicated political section of the site? It would be amazing if we could simply offload politics to its own little ugly area and keep the homepage "spin free". There's really only a handful of people that contribute that garbage anyway but the volume in which they contribute is really starting to annoy the community.

You don't want Disclose to "appear inhibiting" but you do want them to inhibit. Once again, whatever DarkPlanet feels - must be the truth for all. This thread is under the "Politics and Governement Project" title. I think if anything has been disclosed so far in this forum it is the typical liberal view of people like "DarkPlanet" to ACCEPT EVERYTHING EXCEPT PEOPLE THAT DISAGREE" with DarkPlanet's personal views. And just because you side with Obama, Dark, doesn't mean that you hold the pulse of the world in your veins.

If anyone has come off as an arrogant jackass in any forum, it has been you - and I'm sure me too, but the only reason I ever started posting is because I got sick of your diatribe and felt it needed to be countered.

It seems that "Disclosure" to you Dark, means anything that fulfills your notions of what truth is.

Disclose.tv is not the mouthpiece of the radical right or at least it should not be since that is contradictory in almost every way imaginable. Something has to be done to get this under control.

So you're saying it should be your radical left mouthpiece. In other words - again, you DarkPlanet don't want to read anything that disagrees with you.

I'm all for getting along and getting to the truth - but you will never find truth following DarkPlanet's logic - all you'll find is a dictator self-perceived messiah.

Your whole philosophy needs to be rebuked "DarkPlanet" because it's your very ideology that has the world enslaved at this moment.

Before you cast me aside as an "Obama freak" take a pill and hear me out. I've been at this conspiracy thing for a looooooooong time.

Look, what we agree on is that "truth" and "proof" essentially go hand-in-hand. What I'm saying is that over the course of the last few months I have only found baseless spin coming out of the mouths of some of the most outspoken. Some of it is an ideological difference (don't agree with where he's going to take the country) but most of it is just a gross distortion of the facts. I can say this with certainty not out of arrogance but by a simple exploration of the information at hand. We're looking for "facts" not opinion and some of those facts don't carry the same weight for me that they do for you based on your own ideology. We all think we've got it figured out don't we? Well, I am more flexible than that.

If you require me to go toe-to-toe with you on "the facts" I am certainly willing to do so. What it requires is "verifiability in the source". Distorted representation of fact, subjective analysis or just plain fabricated nonsense (re: Jeff Rense) don't count. You're smart enough to know that and therefor smart enough to understand why I don't swallow oped pieces wholesale.

Unless you have blinders on, America (and the entire planet by proxy) recently stood up and said with a singular voice that they are fed up with the whole show. Its not about Obama, its about a course change with or without him. His flowery speeches simply galvanized people with a genuine desire to make change for the better. I've never seen anything like it and its frankly pretty damn refreshing. That ball is in motion and nothing is going to stop it, not assassination, not lies, not political smear, not lying politicians, nor fear itself. The corporate oil dogs, the Illuminati saturated Republican party (and to a lesser degree certain members of the Democratic party), the fundamentalist Christian Right had two chances to get things right (whatever twisted version of "right" that mess we just went through was). They failed on every level. There are no third chances and the house is about to undergo a cleaning.

Times are about to change. On that I think you'll agree.

I stand by my earlier statement. We vote on stay or go via views and points.
This way if all that's left is 100% racially politically motivated videos and the nature of this site is voted out, we can all go back to finding truth elsewhere. This is not the outcome I want, but it makes me sad to see such hate being dished out instead of disclosure.

And I'm not saying this because I am an Obama supporter. If you had a video of him shooting cocaine while getting a blow job from an Irish man... Disclose it now.

But do we really need another video about his connection to a professor that was once a radical? Is that disclosure considering the entire world has already done this twice?

Very true. I haven't read all the comments but darkplanet is usually on the money. If people actually fact checked, researched and provided links to back up their claims albeit with regards to ufo's or conspiracy theories it would make disclosure easier and may actually prevent members from posting a factually incorrect video in the first place.
Simply ignoring a video and waiting for it to fall into the mass collective isn't enough as sometimes you have to go through pages and pages to find a video of genuine interest and quality.
This site like any other has good days and bad.

Not to drag it out but I'd just like to agree here. That's the thing I don't think people understand, WE are watching Obama and don't be fooled by the enthusiasm. If he fails to come through with certain promises guess who's going to be extremely critical of him?...yup us on the "radical left". The radical Right don't really need to get involved here with the usual lies or distortion, we'll do a good enough job exposing him if he suddenly shows himself to be something different than what he pretends to be. Believe me.

That's the double edged sword of purporting to be an agent of "change". We won't tolerate anything less. That said, he still gets his chance to prove himself and until then, no one is going to tolerate lies or slander coming from the Right.
