I'm not sure about what i'm supposed to be looking for here mate. HAARP is one strange fucking thing and i doubt it has a good purpose.

If you pay attention to the satelite image you will notice ring anomalies early when I posted this it was happening dont know about now but pay attention to the weather pattern and if you see rings popping up that was what I was referring to.
