Video #1 was discussed in an earlier thread..personally I think it was skydivers since one of the kids in another vid of the same sighting described a night jumping skydiving crew nearby in Utah.
Video #2 is just a halogen barn light in some losers field and is plain crap.

To be honest I'm not even sure what "alien" means. Alien to what? The universe is teeming with life.
