This is another zeitgeist style video which makes unprovable assertions based on conjecture and poor scholarship.

Examples are given of false Christians to typify and portray all Christians as false. I found it laughable in many places. The wheat and the tares must grow together (Matthew chapter 13 verses 24-30 and 36-43), so of course many examples of false teachings and false Christians can be found. What does this prove other than the Bible is true?

To Truthseeker I would say take the zeitgeist challenge (http://zeitgeistchallenge.com/) and get paid $250. for simply supplying historical evidence that part 1 is true. There is none.

Like it,well said clawspiracy. The best societies have always been multicultural and diverse in religious practice,with all sections of the community having a say in how things are done. When the founding fathers of America drew up their declaration of independence, they based it loosely on the declaration of Arbroath. This a plea to the then pope John to hear the minority voice, Scotland's,over that of the much more powerful English who had less than ten years ago been defeated at the battle of Bannockburn in 1314 and who would no doubt one day return with a lager force to totally subjugate their nation. The declaration was signed by many concerned knights ,earls ,landowners etc.The section of the document printed below,which I copied from

The founding fathers were clear though that the new nation of America would be governed by rational debate and the passing of laws by the people for the people. Politics and religion were pretty much separate and the church had much less influence in political matters. Changed days indeed. The now powerful Christian Right movement is spreading its message of intolerance to a great many people . Please Americans, read your declaration of independence . The ideas,values and way of life ,government,and freedom to practice whatever belief system written in that great document are your birthright . I am a Scot. Still living in the old country. When I was young America was a beacon of freedom to the world,I'm sure it will be again. Long live freedom. Our birthright.
