Judge to Enter Default Judgment Against Obama

OBAMA JUST GOT PUNKED!

I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.

How does the mainstream media spin this?

The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia! Congratulations to all freedom-loving Americans!

It has the ability to really catch people's attention once the word get's around. It's a hard little tidbit for anyone to just ignore I think. Harder to ignore than most events happening outside of the regular person's bubble. It would be hard to just shrug off the fact that the current US President has been barred from running in one of the states under his control, especially if you have not been a part of the birther debate in any way.

And now, the birther debate has cannon fodder to push harder with this campaign. Prior to this quiet little ruling, it was just a bunch of crazy people with another crazy conspiracy theory. It may still be a conspiracy theory, but now the birthers have a judge in their corner. Despite that this is a light ruling which barely scratches the legal surface of this issue, this ruling still casts a shadow of reasonable doubt over the current US President within the legal framework of the justice system. If there was nothing to the issue, the judge could have just ruled that way or thrown it out of the courts, but he didn't.

I think it just got interesting...

PS. Obama's No Show, by the way, is perhaps the most telling. It is either out of complete disregard and disrespect for the Justice system he is oathed to protect, or it is a quiet admission of guilt. One way or the other, Obama has made a statement here that he is above the law. The only question now, is to whether or not this elitism will carry through to make Obama the first president to use the executive order that allows him to stay in office during a crisis or war; beginning a new age of American dictatorship.

Agreed..this is awesome...there are honorable people in various posts that are choosing the side of the people..I think it will be hard for the bought media to keep it quite cuz the nets going to run with it...its almost like the pols ...putting on the mask for the people...everyday the pomp of the world sweat pounds of fear..as the cowardly hang behind heir gates soon to be their prisons

well since it is over the fact that he is not a US citizen, and that is the exact reason they are keeping him off the ballot (Georgia) then no one can really say shit. :flop:
