Assuming that off world entities have free will then I would have to assume that their would be factions of all species that give the appearance of "good and evil"

In duality there always seems to be division.........notice how many of the old stories use the idea of Twins, usually male or brothers............good one and bad one.......of course this would be a judgment of good and bad which I am not willing to make..............but as far as reptilians, graze, and so forth I don't think either are one sided, benevolent or malicious.

The only way I see that as possible is if they are programmed as such and not subject to individual consciousness or choice...............
