Debunked as translucent bag of air.....floating due to solar heat inside the bag....wasn't really moving around like the other lights..........

so we called it like it was......

and there's a post here debunking it for sure.......I saw it too, and a second one that was trying to "inspire" the UFO watchers by hyping the obvious lie on tv
