I bet it was.

When the digital medium is used, especially when a vid grabber is employed. there are artifacts that are created that give the appearances that you are speaking of. Also when vids are copied to a lower resolution the same thing can happen.

Unless you saw this on a analogue TV, I would say it's :bullshit:

I dont really find her attractive ..lol i tend to agree with digital artifacts ..you get the same thing on a lot of youtube videos as well ..its so shitty when that happens because your left with a question mark .. like what was that .. what was i seeing

Sorry mate, Don't watch TV that much and definitely would watch any thing that is celebrity based. Natural History and science programmes for me. I thought it was stills from a vid or and after see so many of the "XXXX is a shapeshifting reptilian" vid that come from youtube I threw it in the basket with them.
