It is just basic target practising. Dude is getting his minigun cherry popped i bet. They tend to give you big targets at first so you get the feeling of succes. There are probably some targets painted on the balloon but due to quality of the vid, they are not visible on the balloon. They used to practise on sheep in afganistan but that was not too popular among locals...

I'v taken part in this sort of action. It's only target practice and nothing to do with a UFO some one is pulling our dicks and takeing the piss. A smaller version is used on board navy ships for the same reason.......NOT A UFO>
