Arlen Specter US Senator from Pennsylvania wrote the Warren Report, the official inquiry into President John Kennedy's death, that said Lee Harvey Oswald acting alone shot the President in Dallas Texas 22 November 1963.

Specter should be hauled before a court of capital jurisdiction, and be required to explain why he neglected the photo that shows Lee Oswald, at the door of the Texas School Book Depository, the building from where he is alleged to have fired, as the shots rang out.

This shot shows Lee Oswald still at the door of the TSBD talking to a policeman, as the tramps are marched by.. check the assassination time line that indicates that it was some hours before they were taken into custody, which sinks the assertion that he took a bus then a taxi away from the scene, and that he went to the movies after killing Dallas Police Officer JD Tippets!

Green Marker - Dealey Plaza where the President was shot at 12:30 pm, Red Marker - Texas Theater where Lee Oswald was allegedly apprehended at 1:50 pm, after allegedly having shot Officer Tippets about a block away at East 10th Street at around 1:08 pm!

Another little known fact is that Richard Nixon who succeeded Johnson as President, had been in Dallas on the morning of the shooting, he had flown out prior, looks like there was collusion from him as well.
