Hello, orecannon here. I will be frank and quick. I have shitty eyes.
If i dont fix them i will go blind. It is not a happy story.
Before i tried the eye exercises of norbekov and it did improve my eyesight but i gave up....and now they are worse again. He is a scamming faggot btw.

Now, from practicing and reading chi kung i have collected a couple of eye exercises and massages (energy exercises) that will both train your eye muscles, massage them, and feed them chi energy.
There are more stuff like herbs, proper eating, removing the glasses etc...
So simple post here, or pm or write me an email at mazonspls@gmail.com

I will give you the exercises for free, and i like me and the other members to exchange notes to see how well we are fixing our eyes. The books are hard explained on english so its nice having other people help with the translation.

so basically i give you all for free (but only those who wish to try) and you spend 5-10 minutes per day doing eye exercises...and you will need an eye chart printed(easy)
thats it, who wants to fix their eyes with me?

Like this was ment to be.... my niece need glasses, she was just tested.
I told her i look for info for training or fixing the eyes. So i really like the info you can give me.
I will stay in contact weekly or monthly with the results she gives me.

science actually. i have faith because i have done the norbekov exercises before and my eyesight did improve.
I was born with healthy eyes, they slowly deteoriated through life because of the way i look and neglecting to train my eye sight.
I choose to wear bigger and bigger glasses, and my eyes got lazier and more sick.

I am going to do the exercises, and i all ready started trying before 2 days, i am merely sharing the info so other people can benefit.
Perhaps when i ahve the complete list of exercises ready i will share it everywhere, but for now i have to....merge and create.

I warn you, if you are going to do the exercises with that attitude you wont get far.
I suggest you give it a shot for 2 weeks, and if it doesnt work call me a quack, onyl that i didnt took money from you

i will need about 2 hours to make the list probably and i can post it.

you are right, i was just thinking to share some exercises from the books i have and list like a plan.
but now i started writing a small ebook my self.
it should be done tonight, or until monday.
It will be small and free for everybody.
i will upload it on scribd and everywhere.

Let everyone try the exercises and have strong eyesight.
When its done i will post it here.

i think those exercises are a lot more special then they appear.
as long as you learn how the energy works.

I used to wear glasses as a kid, and they got better.

Because I'm special.
