I frankly say this unto you:

Nothing special will happen.

It's just a year called 2012.

I turn 51.

My technical inspection plate on my car expires.

Maybe Obama is still alive.

Many members of dtv becoming calm after having been extremely exited thus facing the fact that nothing special happened.

What is next after 2012? 2013 1/2? 2222? 2020? 2121? 6666? It's more or less funny, isn't it?

Ok, I could tell you more things I am maybe interested doing in 2012. As a philosopher I am aware of the ability of being already dead then. But generally - no, world goes around as always.

You know what? That interest in 2012 and conspiration theories and world's end scenarios seem to be typical needs in highly civilized populations - maybe according Maslow part of a decadence induced mind. The other side seems clear too - the mind of sorrow and inferiority complex has created a need for special exitement. And both - decadence and inferiority complex - have lost the ground of intelligent easy going and accountable guessing coming from experience, humility, trust and humor.

Again: there will be nothing unusual...

I agree with you that 2012 has no special importance in and of itself. However, recent economic events globally and more importantly, here in the US do point to major changes coming soon that will not end well.

We are fast becoming an economic basket case, the left have been successful in breaking down the moral fibers that made us strong, unrestricted immigration and devisive politics (race, class, religion) have further fractured our society and left us in disarray. Traditional religions that emphasized societal building morals and selflessness has been vilified and replaced with the religion of moral relativism and self. Is it any wonder that greed and crime has run rampant as a result?

America, the shining city on the hill is tarnished and crumbling. We not only were a grand experiment into guaranteed personal freedoms, liberties, and self-government but we became the protector of freedom from tyrants throughout the world and champion of liberty. Our charity has not only kept the World free but fed them when they were hungry, helped to build them up from poverty, and kept them from dying of desease. Yet our children are being taught the opposite, that the United States is the great evil in the World. Millions have bought into this fiction and now loath the great nation that they were fortunate enough to be born in.

We have become the new Babylon. "Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come."

Now who will stand up against evil when Russia, China, and the Islamic world hold power? Who will feed the hungry and care for those who are defenseless? I fear that we are not about to herald in a golden age, but the dark ages. I think that change IS coming!

I think NOT BELIEVE, that 2012 is as said, the Apocalypse. Which does not mean the end of the world, it means the great revealing.

Now, I don't think the world is going to suddenly change on that date, I think that it will be the end of all these earth changes that we are experiencing now.

Think about it, volcano's going off everywhere, earth quakes, strange weather patterns, sounds like we are already in the middle of the Apocalypse! Wouldn't you agree?!

So, once again I THINK 2012 will be the end of all this weirdness and things will settle down once again.

Makes a lot more sense to me.

Oh brother! When people pick on the USA and say it's evil and this and that. I'm sure they're not referring to you and him over there, but the few tyrants who run the 'show' over there are simply disgraceful people with too much power. It kind of tars you with the same brush, but I see past that as many do, you're not at fault, you were given 2 choices on who to vote for after all. I've been to the USA and it fucking rocks, the people are awesome!

But don't for one minute think that in helping people, that the US government and their honchos don't have an ulterior agenda! Take a look at vaccines, they make out they're helping, really they know it, all they're doing is damaging and hurting so they can then turn around and say 'hey I've got the fix, line up here and open your wallets'.

Yeah 2012.. it marks the end of a world system (epoch) that was dominated by greedy bankers etc.
Funny how these frequencies change our behaviour without us even knowing.

Yeah nothing will happen in 2012,it will happen on 2011 due to a mistake we have in our calendar,we are one year ahead.

I have gone backwards of forwards with this 2012 issue..Too be honest it's given me sleepless nights. However having gone through websites about 'How to survive 2012' it begs the question that these 2012 believers wish to charge lots of money but their ebooks with their so called survival info!!!!!!!!!!! (If 2012 is gonna end, why would these people even charge if there is no use for money!!!???? Seems odd to me!
