Some people are idiots.

If you drink and drive, you need to drive as fast as you can with your lights off so the cops can't catch you.

I've been following this for a while now. 19 times? Landmark decision, sure, but the sentence should have been harsher. He'll be out in 7 and back doing his shit again. My dad was nailed a few years back for the first time in 50 years of driving and the penalty included licence suspension for one year, $500 for a course he needed to take to be able to even apply to get his licence re-instated. A breathalizer installed in the car when he did get it back, $1,200 for this, which needed to be re-calibrated every month at a cost of $120. Then of course his insurance skyrocketed. He thought they were fair with him for this. No tolerance policy here.
Yet this guy, after 19 times, can still have access to a car and then kill someone. How is this possible?

I tell you once, I tell you three times, don't make me tell you twice!!!
