Business owners be warned: it isn't only armed thieves you have to worry about, but their fellow travelers running our demented legal system:

A controversial decision to send a pharmacist to jail for life for shooting dead a young man who tried to rob his store has caused a storm of protest.

Jerome Ersland was given a life sentence for the first-degree murder of 16-year-old Antwun Parker at an Oklahoma court last week.

Never mind that Parker and another punk burst into his pharmacy and pointed a gun at Ersland. How many urban juries or liberal judges are going to side with a white guy who served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force against a historically put-upon person of politically correct lineage?

The result of this insanity is that people give up trying to run businesses in cities, helping them to decompose all the faster into welfare-supported hell holes. What a coincidence: this results in total political dominance for Democrats.

In a world run by moonbats, Ersland is a criminal.

On a tip from Travis.

No one has to be warned.....common sense must be established.

I seen this story on the news. It wasn't the fact that the store operator shot the bad guy. That was acceptable.
What was unacceptable, was for him to retrieve yet another handgun, walk around to the robber, now helpless on the ground and wounded, and then squeeze off another six rounds.

His mistake was not getting a good headshot on the first try. there were other witnesses in the store that witnessed this.

WOW...the poster conveniently left out that last part, and then tried to imply there was something racial involved. Damn...why cant people just tell he whole truth? It took more energy to spin the story than it wouldve just to tell the truth. That pharmacists is getting exactly what he deserved!!! May he rot in jail forever!!

Well for a little more information on the subject....

Its easier to make a more critical judgment if you are properly informed.

Well that's clear cut for me.

I've seen police do worse and get away with it though.

Agreed, Its hard to me to say "Oh well I would have shot him once and when he was disabled I would call the authorities to handle the situation" just because this was a extreme situation for the store owner to be in and was in "fight or flight" mode so I can see him (the store owner) thinking he reacted accordingly, and others believing excessive force was used.....
