Smoke some spliffs, drink a few beers, sit in the sunshine and say a little mantra like:
"Oh boy, life's a hit,
I don't give a shit!"
Repeat at regular intervals and you'll feel fine................

sorry viewer just a bit of humor, we got a saying if you dont laugh you will cry i to have serious health probs(lungs) the good thing about life is its always changing nothing stays the same ho watch some george carling videos on you tube works for me !!
