Ah thanks Kris sorry i meant to say earlier, i changed the proxy settings on realplayer and it started.........Doh! bloody computers!!!!

hrm.. do you even get the still offline picture? or it just wont let you connect at ALL? have you tried opening the URL in media player itself?
