It is moderated. Posts need to be approved to keep the content on subject and relevant. Real time. Similar to the forum where you can come back to it and post when you can and the same for the guest. As I mentioned, the posts need to be approved first, but that shouldn't be an issue time-wise as there is usually a mod on at all times

I don't think he will do it. I talked to him before about something similar with a radio gig and he expressed that he wanted to keep it to larger venues. He has his reasons for doing that too so if he does turn down the offer please don't villify him.

Lloyd and I have been friends for quite some time, but all I can do is ask.
He very well could turn it down - but he's still a very good friend and a very good resource.
