Wow, thats a really interesting post, not sure i agree with everything in it, but still, the overall message i get from this post is much more of a positive vibe about our governments role in UFOs and aliens. What if we have got it wrong, what if our fear and paranoia about what our goverment does in secrecy is completely mis-construed?

On the other hand maybe the whole thing is a subtle blend of disinfo and real facts, just another tool of our goverment!! :wink:

Im still not sure what the deal was with those speeches by Reagan, what WAS he talking about if not literally a real alien threat? Was he trying to tell us something? Was he trying to tell us that if there is an alien threat in the future it might be a manufactured one designed to unite the world and push a new world order agenda? What the fuck did he mean by saying 'or is there not an alien threat already among us' ? :headscratch:

Really interesting stuff, whether it contains the truths we are all looking for, i dont know.

Plus one for the new world order because i suppose it would be much cooler if there were no more borders, just one united world, reminded of its humanity by an alien prescence, on the other hand, i dont want to lose my individuality and become part of a big machine and i hate the idea of the world being policed by one big entity.

Fuck, i dont know, just tell me everything, i can take it, we should have known everything that happened with UFOs and aliens from the beginning, whatever the Robertson panel found, because at the end of the day we are humans and were infinitely cool and we can take it, we are a pretty resilient bunch of organisms and you can only calm down after a bit of panic cant you? :wink:

AMOCO Advertisement and the Alien

In November of 1989 AMOCO placed a full-page advertisement in
Aviation Week and Space Technology magazine headlined "Technology
so advanced it will help you answer some big questions." On the
back was a full-page color photo of an alien head and shoulders
with his four-fingered hand raised in a gesture of friendship.
Spokespersons for AMOCO said this is a photo of a ten-inch model.
One NASA employee who received a copy of the photo in the mail said
he thinks it is a photo of an alien taken by another alien with a
camera provided by a NASA source. High quality copies show moisture
in the corner of the left eye and thin hairs on the neck. Many
people think this is not a photo of a ten-inch model. I asked the
lady on the advertised 800 number if this ad sold much of their
product. She said no, but they got a tremendous number of inquiries
about the alien picture. This ad was repeated in Aviation Week and
other aerospace magazines, some in even larger format. While I was
in the Air Force we knew this as "Aviation Leak" magazine; because,
much information, when declassified, reached the public through
its pages without being released at a press conference. This
insured responsible and accurate reporting.
