'Scientists at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine claim to have determined the proper dose levels needed to create positive changes in attitudes, mood, life satisfaction, and behavior that persist for more than a year with the psychoactive substance in so-called "magic mushrooms."

The findings are the latest in a series of experiments done at Johns Hopkins to investigate psilocybin, a psychedelic substance contained in certain mushrooms. The findings were published online this week in the peer-reviewed journal Psychopharmacology.'

it is legal here in Holland and i never tried it. but i am going to try it soon :ohno:

Yeah, you used to be able to buy them in "smart shops" in Amsterdam, but some not-so-smart tourist girl jumped off a bridge and they made it illegal to sell them.

Of course they're still around, though.

The ones I bought there were way stronger than I imagined they would be.

Just don't think about Geert Wilders when you do them or look at pictures of him, or you might jump from a bridge, too.

When I was a teenager in Texas, we would pick them by the grocery bag-full and boil hundreds of them down to a purple-black goo and then drink it. We called it mushroom tea.

That's why I'm so intelligent now.

you can still buy them legally in a "smart shop" last time i checked, a month ago :think:
